Judge Napolitano is correct. Social Security is forced upon the people whereas in the private sector when people fall victim to a Ponzi scheme the people who invest can choose whether or not to invest before they get screwed.

A student in Fort Worth, Texas was suspended for saying that he believes “being a homosexual is wrong.” The boy’s attorney said “Students don’t lose their first amendment rights just because they go in the schoolhouse door”. He is absolutely right. This type of discrimination on the part of the school should not be happening in America. Oh… How far as a nation we have fallen.

We need to combat against Muslim extremism in some way.

It looks like Rick Santorum is picking up some steam. I hope he continues this pattern. Santorum kicked Perry’s butt! The only thing I disagree with Bob on is I think Mitt Romney had a pretty good night. He’s a slippery fellow. We already have one of those in the White House now and we don’t need another elected President.
